Steaming
Mussels and Beer - try steaming mussles with beer instead of wine. It gives it a nice, tangy flavour.
Steaming is a great and healthy way to cook all types of fish. Just place the seasoned fish in a steamer or on a heatproof plate over a saucepan of gently boiling water. Make sure you cover the fish tightly during cooking.
