Garlic Butter Pipi
Ingredients
Preferred measurement of units
Garlic butter
Pipis
Water or wine
Method
Fry the garlic in butter in a large pan.
Add the clams and turn up to hot.
Add a little liquid (eg. Water or wine) to create steam.
When they open remove from pan and place on platter.
Sprinkle patter with chopped herbs (e.g. Coriander or parsley).
