Garlic BBQ Butter
Ingredients
Preferred measurement of units
500g butter, at room temperature
5 cloves garlic
2 tsp parsley, chopped
½ tsp lemon juice
½ tsp lemon zest, finely chopped
Method
Blend flavourings with butter until smooth.
Roll into a log shape and wrap in foil or glad wrap.
Freeze or refrigerate.
Slice off desired amount and use with hot seafood, fish or Rock Lobster
