Lime & Chilli BBQ Butter

Ingredients
Preferred measurement of units  

500g butter, at room temperature

3 Tbsp limejuice

2 Tbsp chilli powder

Method

Blend flavourings with butter until smooth.

Roll into a log shape and wrap in foil or glad wrap.

Freeze or refrigerate.

Slice off desired amount and use with hot seafood, fish or Rock Lobster.
