Panko crumbed fillets

Ingredients
Preferred measurement of units  
Panko is a Japanese-style breadcrumb and is a great way to spruce up fish fillets, prawns or shellfish.
Method
Simply coast your seafood in the panko crumbs and fry as normal. You can add your own combination of herbs and spices to the panko crumbs but salt and pepper is truly delicious and lets the taste of the fish speak for itself.
