Salsa verde - great on white fish or salmon
Ingredients
Preferred measurement of units
1 ½ cups chopped parlsey
¼ cup chopped gerkins
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic crushed
The rind of one lemon and 1 Tbsp lemon juice.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Method
Mix together and serve.
