Steamed mussels from the barbeque

Ingredients
Preferred measurement of units
3kg6.6Lb mussels
1 leek, chopped
Leaves from ½ celery, chopped
2 onions, coarsely chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
3 carrots, sliced
2 cups left over white wine
Pepper
Method
Heat cast iron dish.
Poor white wine in dish & vegetables on top.
Place mussels on vegetable bed & sprinkle black pepper over the mussels.
Close the lid & steam for approximately 12 minutes (depending on the size of the mussels).
Serve with French bread.
